Epoxy Flooring

Epoxy is a resin-based system applied directly to a prepared concrete substrate. It creates a seamless, non-porous surface that's highly resistant to chemicals, stains and heavy foot traffic. It's the standard choice for garages, warehouses and industrial spaces, but increasingly popular for modern residential interiors, particularly with decorative metallic or marble-effect finishes. Best for: Garages, utility rooms, commercial spaces, modern residential interiors seeking a seamless look. Not ideal for bedrooms where warmth and acoustics matter.

PVC / Vinyl Flooring

Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) and PVC planks have become among the most practical choices for UAE residential projects over the past decade. They're dimensionally stable under temperature swings (unlike solid hardwood), water-resistant, soft underfoot, and significantly more affordable than natural stone or solid wood. They can convincingly mimic wood grain and stone textures. We specify SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) core products for UAE interiors — the rigid core prevents expansion and contraction that affects older vinyl products.

Best for: Bedrooms, living areas, rental properties, any space where budget and low maintenance are priorities.

Parquet / Engineered Wood

Solid wood floors are a difficult proposition in the UAE — the extreme humidity swings cause expansion and contraction that leads to gapping and warping within a few seasons. Engineered wood (a real wood veneer bonded to a stable core) performs significantly better and is our recommendation when a client specifically wants the warmth and character of real wood. Proper acclimatisation before installation and maintaining consistent indoor humidity are both essential.
